Return/Refund Policy
At OpticsEnergy, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a clear and straightforward return/refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Deadline:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@opticsenergy.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@opticsenergy.com.
