Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain situations may result in partial refunds or non-returnable items. Items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery are considered non-returnable.
